Le dernier symbole poignardé
En occupant la maison de l’Orient, Ariel Sharon vient de mettre à
exécution sa vraie conception de la paix. Cette maison sur
laquelle claque depuis quelques jours le drapeau Israélien,
représente l’un des derniers symboles de la paix. Cette escalade
qui vient s’ajouter à dix mois de blocus et de terreur, démontre
si besoin en est que le premier ministre Israélien ne veut
qu’une paix à la mesure de ses projets expansionnistes. Que
reste-t-il comme moyens de défenses à ceux qui sont
pour la paix dans cette région ? La marge de manœuvre
des partisans de la paix ne cesse de s’amenuiser. Même les plus
favorables deviennent des plus pessimistes. Jusqu’où continueront
Sharon et ses généraux dans cette optique très
dangereuse pour la stabilité et la paix dans cette région
? Personne ne sait sauf l’Oncle Sam qui ne cesse de demander aux Palestiniens
désarmés des mesures qu’il devait adresser à
ceux qui commandent les hélicoptères et les F 16 Israéliens.
Le monde, en particulier les Etats-Unis et Israël doit savoir
que la paix dans cette région est nécessaire pour l’équilibre
de la planète. Mais cette paix ne peut être réalisée
que si les Israéliens acceptent le principe : La terre contre
la paix. En d’autres termes Israël doit appliquer toutes les
résolutions Onusiennes relatives à la Palestine, la
Syrie et le Liban. Le gouvernement Israélien ne doit pas rater
le rendez-vous de la paix que lui offre l’autorité Palestinienne.
Il doit libérer toutes les institutions Palestiniennes qu’il
vient d’occuper et revenir à la table de négociations
avant qu’il ne soit trop tard. A bon entendeur salut !

A l’instar des journaux et des ONG auxquels on reproche le manque
de sérieux car justement ils n’existent que dans les cartables
et attaché-case de leur ” propriétaires “,
nous voilà à l’ère des ” partis-cartable
“.
Depuis l’annonce des élections d’octobre, c’est la course effrénée
aux regroupements, assemblées constituantes, statuts votes
etc… Cette formalité accomplie, le tour est joué
pour prétendre revendiquer son droit à tous les avantages
promis par les autorités à titre d’aide aux partis politiques.
Comme les ONG et les journaux sérieux, disposant de siège
et qui se sont longtemps investis dans leurs activités, les
partis politiques sérieux se sentent eux aussi lésés
par cette subite entrée en scène d’intrus, venus de
nulle part.
Le but visé par ces nouveaux arrivistes n’est pas, on le sait,
de briguer un fauteuil en vue de répondre au souci des citoyens
concernant l’amélioration de leurs conditions. Le but, le seul
but est celui d’empocher et de se partager la prime alléchante
de cinq millions. Les revendications, même timides, des partis
politiques sérieusement constitués sont bien fondées.
Il faut que les autorités imposent un certains nombre de conditions
permettant de décourager ceux qui cherchent à profiter
de la situation. Et donner aux élections leurs portée
sérieuse. En politique il est possible que tous les coups soient
permis mais pas les coups bas. La logique voudrait que l’ensemble
des partis constitués au cours de l’année en cours soient
exclus de ces avantages, ce serait justice car les anciens partis
n’en avaient pas bénéficié et ce serait un examen
fort utile pour juger de leur sérieux.
